Tom has a broad range of experience in complex building subdivisions, engineering surveying and consulting on issues relating to land status and development. Tom is responsible for managing the expectations of clients and providing them with professional advice. He also instructs survey staff in project matters and regularly deals and consults with Council, Service Authorities, Government Departments and Project Stakeholders.

Associate Director - Planning Manager
Sarah has a unique skill set which combines surveying and planning, bringing a synergy of knowledge to subdivision and land development projects. Sarah has a broad technical knowledge and has extensive experience conducting statutory and strategic planning under Victoria’s planning system.
She understands the need for commercial realities in planning and has worked with a range of clients on retail, industrial, mixed-use, residential and commercial projects in both Victoria and the UK. Sarah is competent in dealing with complex issues and competing interests and takes a practical approach to finding solutions.

David is a Licensed Surveyor who joined Reeds Consulting in 2015 after running his own small surveying business for over 20 years, in both Melbourne and the Surf Coast. He has a wealth of experience dealing with small and medium sized developments – both land and building subdivisions.
He manages a wide range of projects that range from domestic Features & Levels surveys to residential subdivisions on Melbourne’s fringe. David ensures that his clients’ needs are looked after from start to finish by being involved with all facets of the projects.

Phillip has over 10 years’ experience in land development including civil design, project management, servicing feasibility assessments and contract administration.
Phillip is thoroughly practiced in both civil engineering design and project management, as documented by Engineers Australia awarding recognition of both Civil Engineering and Project Management in his Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) registration. This experience is spread across greenfield and brownfield developments for residential, commercial & industrial sites, sports facilities & racing tracks, Melbourne Water drainage works and a wide range of road and public service infrastructure projects. Phillip has an excellent knowledge of design standards, and this enables him to successfully supervise complex designs and deliver projects with multiple stakeholders.
