Sam Ravida
Joint Managing Director

Sam has extensive experience as a consulting engineer in the development industry. With over 25 years as a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia and the Master Builder’s Association of Victoria, combined with a long-term enrolment on the National Professional Engineers Register, Sam brings unique combination of expertise and skills to civil engineering and building projects.

Sam’s knowledge base and industry relationships enable him to successfully plan and negotiate with stakeholders and development authorities throughout all aspects of property development and civil engineering projects.

Haydon Day

Haydon has over 10 years’ experience in the land development and construction sector and prior to commencing with Reeds Consulting has held engineering roles with civil contractors & local government. Haydon’s experience with Reeds Consulting includes project management, contract administration, construction auditing, client liaison, cost estimation and feasibility.

Tom Champion

Tom has a broad range of experience in complex building subdivisions, engineering surveying and consulting on issues relating to land status and development. His experience and expertise provides invaluable assistance to the consultants and construction teams throughout the various stages of the project.

Tom is responsible for managing the expectations of clients and providing them with professional advice. He also instructs survey staff in project matters and regularly deals and consults with Council, Service Authorities, Government Departments and Project Stakeholders.

Sarah North
Associate Director

Sarah has a unique skill set which combines surveying and planning, bringing a synergy of knowledge to subdivision and land development projects. Sarah has a broad technical knowledge and has extensive experience conducting statutory and strategic planning under Victoria’s planning system.

She understands the need for commercial realities in planning and has worked with a range of clients on retail, industrial, mixed-use, residential and commercial projects in both Victoria and the UK. Sarah is competent in dealing with complex issues and competing interests and takes a practical approach to finding solutions.

Gordon Templeton

Gordon is an accredited Melbourne Water Engineer with extensive experience in managing project investigations, feasibility studies and detail design across a wide range of development projects. He has also undertaken the contract administration for residential and commercial land development, infrastructure, unit development and land development projects.

Tom Millar

Tom is a Licensed Surveyor with extensive land development and land information experience in both public and private sectors. He is experienced in large land subdivisions, building subdivisions, TLA applications and land acquisition surveys.

He manages the delivery of a wide range of complex subdivision projects and maintains accessibility to clients by providing them with professional advice and ensuring their expectations are met.

Landscape Architect

Glen is a Registered Landscape Architect with considerable experience in all areas of landscape design ranging from site master planning for greenfield and infill developments to education and campus detailed design.

He integrates a deep knowledge of Landscape design principles to the multi-disciplined team at Reeds across a wide range of projects and has a collaborative approach to design problem solving to ensure great project outcomes.
