QVM Munro Precinct

The Munro Development is a key feature of the renewal of the Queen Victoria Market Precinct, ensuring the market remains an authentic, vibrant, open-air destination known for fresh produce, shopping, and seasonal night markets.

The development includes a 500-space undercover car park, over 1800sqms of retail, a community hub with a three-level library, a boutique hotel, affordable housing, build-to-rent residential apartments, and 2500sqms of new open space. Veriu Hotel & Suites has also opened, offering 110 micro apartments inspired by the market’s vibrancy, along with amenities such as a gym, pool, cooking facilities, library workspace, pantry shop, guest laundry, and spaces for meetings and events.
