Wallara Waters Estate, Wallan

The Wallara Waters development spans a 202.3-hectare site and will create over 2045 lots.

The land subdivision is already underway, with many stages completed. This project includes conventional and medium-density residential areas, local parks, drainage reserves, waterways, community facilities, a future shopping centre, conservation reserves, walking trails, and active open spaces. Reeds Consulting provided planning, engineering, and surveying services for this comprehensive development.
